BOA Nomination Plan is now open for public comment.
Public comment period to be opened from December 26, 2023 through January 23, 2024 regarding the proposed Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) Nomination Plan:
The City of Gloversville was awarded a grant administered through NYSDOS for the preparation of a BOA Nominiation Plan in 2021 and the plan was appored by NYSDOS on November 13, 2023.
The City is now required to open a public comment period for 30 days to hear public comments on the proposed BOA Nomination Plan.
Those interested in commenting can do so in writing to the City Clerk’s Office, located at 3 Frontage Road or by attending the public hearing being held on January 23, 2024 at 6pm at the Common Council Meeting within Gloversville City Hall, 3 Frontage Road, Gloversville, NY 12078.
